Jessica Muhlestein is a Family Nurse Practitioner; board certified with the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a background in patient care spanning
orthopedics, women’s health, and Neonatal Intensive Care. Jessica has a degree from
Weber State in Health Promotion and nutrition. She also completed her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing at Xavier University and her Master of Nursing in Family Practice at
Northern Kentucky University. Her passion lies in delivering holistic, patient-centered
care across the lifespan, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and
fostering strong patient relationships. She enjoys empowering individuals to take an
active role in their health journey. Jessica is certified in Botox and filler injections.

Jessica and her husband, Travis grew up in Layton, Utah and were high school
sweethearts. They currently live in North Ogden with their son and dog. In their free
time they enjoy being in the mountains, golfing, and spending quality time as a family.
Jessica is ecstatic to serve, and build lasting relationships in the community.
