Dr. Todd Miller MD
Dr. Miller is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a Diplomat in the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has served in many leadership roles at the hospital including Chief Medical Officer and Chief of Staff. He recently retired from politics after serving as Mayor and on City Council of Garland for 10 years. He was awarded the Box Elder County Citizen of the Year in 2012 and has been honored with the District Award of Merit by the Boy Scouts of America.
He is proud to take care of many multigenerational families. Dr. Miller deeply values the relationships which have developed with so many families. He has worked extensively in Emergency Rooms and Urgent Cares in Utah and Idaho. He has delivered 1000 babies and loves taking care of children most.
Todd Miller, MD was raised in Altamont, Utah where he graduated from Altamont High School. He enjoyed football, wrestling and FFA. He attended Utah State University in Logan and earned his Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science. He earned his Medical Degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. He has been practicing in Bear River Valley since graduating residency in 2009.
Dr. Miller and his wife, Kayla, met at Utah State University and have 4 children. They love being Aggie fans! They also enjoy travel, camping and relaxing at Bear Lake.
Nurse Practitioner - Jessica McCulloch
Jessica McCulloch is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with a nursing background in behavioral health and medical/surgical nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University, then her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Family Primary Care at the University of Utah. Jessica’s passions include mental health, diabetes, weight loss, menopausal care, and sleep medicine.
Jessica started her nursing career in 2016 at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital, where she found a love for mental health treatment. She then worked at Davis County Medical Center as a medical/surgical nurse until graduating with her DNP degree in 2022.
Originally from Tremonton, Jessica has been married to her husband, Nolan, for 9 years and they have 3 children together. She is thrilled to provide caring support to individuals and families in this awesome community.
Nurse Practitioner - Marci Hidalgo
Marci Hidalgo is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her License Practical Nurse at Bridgerland Applied Technology College, Associates of Science in Nursing at the Utah State University extension of Weber State University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Weber State University, and then her Master of Science in Nursing at Weber State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her special interests include Botox and Filler injections, IV nutrition infusions, weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy.
Marci started her nursing career in 2007. She has spent her medical career working on the Medical Unit at Bear River Valley Hospital, as a Care Manager for high risk and chronic condition patients at the Bear River Clinic, an Infusion Therapy nurse for patients with Rheumatologic and GI conditions at the Budge Clinic, and a Nurse Practitioner as a family practice clinic in Brigham City before working at Miller Medical. She has also owned her own Botox and filler clinic called Enhanced Aesthetics since 2021.
Marci is a local to Box Elder County and has lived in Utah her whole life. She is originally from Garland and currently lives in Tremonton. Marci and her husband Jason have been married for over 10 years. They have 5 children who are the center of their world. They love making family memories together.
Medical Assistant - JanDee Canfield

JanDee Canfield grew up in the Bear River valley. Earned her National Medical Assistant certification from Bridgerland Technology. She has spend 21 years in various medical specialties and family practices. Making patients a priority has always lead her to successful opportunities and she is excited to continue caring for patients at Miller Medical.
She has 5 children and enjoys spending time with her family usually playing sports, boating or dirt biking in the mountains. She loves traveling and experiencing unique culture. Shes served as a volunteer coach in the valley for 20 years and cherishes that experience.
Medical Assistant - Lacy Burrup

Lacy grew up in Fielding. She graduated Bear River High School and then received her medical assistant certificate at Bridgerland Applied Technology College. She has worked in several medical departments over the last 14 years. She is married with 3 kids. She loves spending time with her family and being involved with her kid's activities. She loves being outdoors, painting and crafting. She loves working with patients and friends to help make a difference in their health.
Medical Assistant - Mary Johnson

Mary grew up in the Bear River valley. She graduated from Bear River High School and later earned her certificate for Medical Assistant from Bridgerland Applied Technology College. She has worked in this field since 2003, and has been working with Dr. Miller since 2009. Mary and her husband Todd have three children and 7 grandchildren whom they adore. She likes spending time with her family, camping, taking her Jeep off road, but her favorite past time is traveling and exploring new places with her husband. She loves working with patients and friends, and hopes she can make a difference in their lives.
Medical Assistant - Shelley Wilcox
" Shelley moved to Tremonton in 1992 with her husband and their first daughter. She earned her Associate degree from BYU-I, her Medical Assistant certificate from Ensign College and CNA from Bridgerland. After working in Home Health, and with IHC for 24 years, she has enjoyed working at Miller Medical for the last three years. "
Shelley is married to Gene, who has coached and taught at Bear River High School for 32 years. They have four children and 9 grandchildren. She enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling and spending time with family.
Medical Assistant - Aspen White

Aspen grew up in Garland and has never left. She graduated from Bear River High School and then received her Medical Assisting degree through Academy of Medical Careers. Aspen has been a MA for over 20 years and has worked in many specialties. If she is not at work you can find her at a rodeo watching her two boys doing what they love. Aspen’s enjoys baking, crafts, crocheting, yard work, riding horses, rodeo, camping, hunting, card games and being with her husband and boys. She is excited to get to know the patients at Miller Medical and help them with anything they need.
Receptionist - Collette Anderson
I am married 2 children. Attended weber and Utah State University Worked in Healthcare for 35+ years. 15 years a firefighter and an EMT-A . I love serving others, fishing, crocheting, diamond art, and spending time with my family and friends. Collette Anderson, receptionist.
